Pablo Picasso is one of the masters of the 20th century! His impact on modern painting is undeniable with the creation of cubism, alongside Georges Braque. But it was also his political commitments, notably alongside the Communist Party, or his strong personality that made him one of the most influential artists of his time.
Spaniard who fled his country under Franco, took refuge in Paris, Picasso is the author of a staggering number of works (50,000 officially) ranging from drawing to tapestry or ceramics.
