The "Silk Sky" design is inspired by a majestic traditional Jewish wedding canopy (chuppah). This textile, adorned with metallic threads on a shimmering blue background, evokes the magic of a starry night. The original piece, dated 1867–1868, comes from Ottoman Bulgaria and is preserved at the Jewish Museum in New York.
