Pierre Farel

Pierre Farel is a French artist born in Corsica. He grew up and studied art on the island, before continuing his training in France and abroad. Farel is known for his colorful, abstract paintings, which are influenced by his life in Corsica and the island's landscapes and colors. Farel began exhibiting his works in galleries and museums in France and abroad in the 1990s. Since then, he has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, and his works are part of private and public collections around the world. In addition to painting, Farel is also a passionate teacher and has given workshops and art courses at various institutions and art schools in France and Corsica. He is particularly interested in passing on his love of art and creation to young aspiring artists. Outside of his artistic work, Farel is also a defender of Corsica's culture and environment. He often engages in conservation and protection projects for the island and its traditions. Today, Farel lives and works in Corsica, where he continues to create new works and inspire future generations of artists.
